One credit is the unit every generation is priced in — different models cost different numbers of credits, and the exact cost is shown before you run anything. Your plan's credits refresh each billing cycle, and unused credits stay yours until that cycle ends.

New accounts get a one-time 20 credits — about five images. It is enough to try the canvas end to end; it is not enough for production work, and it does not refill.

Generations stop until your next cycle. You can either move up a plan or buy a one-time top-up pack, which never expires. Pro and Ultimate get a discount on top-ups.

Yes — between 17% and 44% depending on the plan, and the saving is shown on each shelf when you switch to annual billing. You are billed once for the year but credits still arrive every calendar month.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal in your account.

Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your remaining credits stay usable until then. Nothing is charged after that.

Credits already consumed by a completed generation are non-refundable, and subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

As between you and FlowPix, and so far as the underlying model providers allow, you own the images and video you generate. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of the results do not infringe anyone else's rights.
