Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with FlowPix. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Service. We may update the list of prohibited uses as models and risks evolve.
1. Illegal and harmful content
Do not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, or that depicts or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. We report such content to the appropriate authorities.
Do not generate content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or that incites violence against people or groups.
2. Rights of others
Do not generate content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, including impersonating a real person or creating deceptive deepfakes without consent.
Do not upload references you do not have the rights to use.
3. Deception and harassment
Do not use the Service to create disinformation, fraudulent material, or content intended to harass, defame, or threaten others.
Do not generate sexual content involving real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
4. Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, or usage restrictions; probe or reverse-engineer the Service; or use automated means to abuse credits or degrade the Service for others.
Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service except as expressly permitted.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this Policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
