Account information: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.

Content: the prompts, images, and references you submit, and the Outputs you generate, so we can provide the Service and show your history.

Billing information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and interactions, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

To provide and operate the Service, including routing your requests to the model providers needed to fulfill them.

To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

To improve reliability, safety, and quality. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it — including model/inference providers, cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), payment processing (Stripe), and transactional email (Resend).

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features you request.

Generated assets are stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2) so they remain available in your account. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

You can delete projects and assets from your account. Deletion may not be immediate across backups.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Please review it periodically.
