Terms of Service

FlowPix provides an AI-powered canvas for generating and editing images and video from text prompts and reference inputs, routed across multiple third-party and first-party models. Features, models, and limits may change as the Service evolves.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, and at least 18 to make purchases. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Generation consumes credits from a single shared pool. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.

Credits already consumed by a completed generation are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

You retain the rights you hold in the prompts, images, and references you upload ("Inputs"). You grant FlowPix a limited license to process Inputs solely to operate and improve the Service and to route them to the model providers needed to fulfill your request.

As between you and FlowPix, and to the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers, you own the images and video you generate ("Outputs"). You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs and your use of Outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

AI Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users and may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. Outputs are provided without warranty of originality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prohibited uses include generating illegal content, infringing content, and content that violates the rights or safety of others.

The Service routes requests to third-party model and infrastructure providers. Your use of Outputs may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by FlowPix and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable.
